True Blood is a new series on HBO about vampires. I LOVE IT! Anyone else watch?

i liked it when the first 30 seconds of the premiere the girl in the passenger seat was unzipping her boyfriends pants to give him a handy...

of course i was in!

but in general i kinda wonder how far they can take the whole story or where exactly its going...

Well, it could be one of those tactics though where they make you think it's someone but it's really someone else. Who knows. It makes sense though because you already think he's been doing the murdering - then he and Suki sort of have a falling out, then her grandma ends up dead.

Start from the beginning. It's worth it - even if you don't dig the story line, you'll dig the abundance of nude women with nice boobs :)

No, this is definitely my favorite show on TV right now. I think once the series it totally over I'll read the books. And I think Bill is hot.

Yep, I was right! I ended up buying the first four books of the eight book series. I'm halfway through the first one. The series follows very closely. The only thing is that in the book, Jason isn't tied into the murdered girls, and Tara doesn't exist. Bummer - she's one of my favorite characters.

Ok - so I know who killed the two girls and the grandmother. I think we'll find out before this season is over. Only 3 more episodes left :(

I wonder if the killer will be the same as the books. There are a lot of differences. In the book, Eric is the one who stabs Long Shadow - not Bill.

i actually saw tara in the most recent episode of numb3rs and i was like "THATS TARA!" hehe

yeah, i'm liking this :) silly billy, turning people into vampires now....

Did y'all like the Season Finale? Did you figure out whose foot that was in Bellflour's car? I know but I wasn't sure if it was obvious. The books are SO good!

Anyway I found an article that said True Blood has more of an audience in its first season than the Sopranos did - therefore potentially making it the most popular cable TV show in history. We'll see!

The Season 2 premiere was GREAT. I totally was thrown off by who the body in the back of the cop car was - it was a different character in the book!
