View Full Version : No Country for Old Men
Saw this two days ago. I was all excited because the trailer was awesome, the reviews were great, and it won a ton of oscars.
The first 2/3 was great, but the last 1/3 was just fucking stupid, made no sense and probably had the worst ending ever. My wife actually asked for a refund.
Any one else see it?
(on a side note, they just opened up a new 10 screen theater here in Gig Harbor and are going to have a 21 and over VIP screen with beer and waitresses and everything. I'm excited)
Yeah worst ending ever. I am pretty open to movies, but that is one movie I just was not really that into.

I thought this movie was really good and creepy until the end. WTF? I DON'T GET THE ENDING!! Such a waste of 2 hours of my life.
The villain in this movie did a great job at being creepy. That oxygen tank gun thing wins most creative weapon in my book.
I really liked the movie, but yeah like everyone else said the ending pissed me off. I was like wtf that's it? I wonder if thre is an explanation of it online somewhere... Google time!

It reminded me of "From Dusk 'Til Dawn" in a sense. I had no idea that movie was about vampires. It was so good (and violent), then people turned into vampires and started eating each other. Such a let down to a good movie.
